Jacksonbelle Tuesday Challenge!

Today is my last official challenge for the Jacksonbelle Team, though I will still be shopping there and playing the challenges when I can :D

I am starting a new stamping adventure in 2010 as part of the Splitcoast Stampers Product Focus Team and I am SO excited! I can't wait to show y'all the fun new stamping and crafting products that are up and coming, look for that SOON!!

Now onto today's Jacksonbelle Challenge! The challenge today is to have fun with ribbon! The fun I had was making this poofy, pretty bow! Bows are pretty far out of my comfort zone but it was definitely fun to make and it's quite fun to look at in all it's poofiness!
I used May Arts Sheer Twinkle Ribbon in Olive for the bow and the best Valentine's Day paper ever from Pink Paislee

Merry Christmas!

Today is Friday so of course we have a little Friday Fun for you!

Today we are just showing off our Christmas cards for this year. This year I didn't make Christmas cards to send out, we had a picture card made with this picture:
I just thought since it's Rachel's last year of high school and as a "kid" still, since she'll be 18 next Christmas, I wanted a picture to remember it by :)

My sister is here for Christmas with our niece and nephew so we all went ot Busch Gardens Christmas Town celebration!
It was SOOO fun! The whole park is transformed into a Winter Wonderland with snow, Santa, elves, candy, lights, cocoa and cider...everything that makes it Christmas!

Christmas Calendar Gifts!

Merry almost Christmas Everyone!!!

And Happy Festivus!!! We are such HUGE Seinfeld fans that we are going to have a small Festivus dinner tonight with the traditional Airing of Grievances and Feats of Strengths...should be a FUN time!

Are you 100% ready for the big day or are you like me and still have way too many things to do?? I hope you're ready ;D

I just wanted to share the calendars I made for my co-workers. I got these little calendars from www.skybluepink.com and they were great to buy from...they even refunded me the $.85 shipping I overpaid, gotta love that!

I used all kinds of different SU! patterned papers (I have 6 other patterns that didn't fit in the picture) and I used Bevy of Butterflies for stamping and embellishing:
On the back I am letting the recipient choose a magnet or Velcro, depending on where they want to put their calendar!

My Christmas Tags

Well, well, well....thinking of cute tags to make for my co-workers gifts really had me stumped for a week or so until a sweet friend let me borrow her SU! Tags die and then I remembered Holiday Button Bits that I bought to make things for Christmas with...and never opened!

Love how things just fall in place sometimes, don't you?

So here are my fun gift tags:
The paper is Kraft and scraps of patterned paper I had laying around. All the buttons are from Papertrey Ink and so is this stamp set. The ribbon is also basically scraps and the snowflake punch is by Marvy and honestly it sucks...gets stuck every single time I use it...but I figure since I don't use it all year I can live with it, no worries!

I LOVE them! What do you think?

Wal-Mart Santa!!!

In Wal-Mart the other day I saw these cute little felt sticker packs with Santa's and Snowmen in them so I bought a few.

Oh and they were just $1.00 per pack, can't beat that!

This is the Santa that was in one of them and the present was part of the pack, too.

I think he's pretty darn cute and made for a quick and easy card, which is my favorite kind ;)

Today is Monday Challenge Day!

Today’s challenge is to make a Thank You card.

This challenge was perfect because I need a thank you card today for a co-worker who came over to my house and took some pictures for our Christmas card!

I tried out some Artful Inkables stamps for the 1st time. I've had them for a while now but have been a bad stamp momma and neglected them..tisk tisk!
